Q: What is your shipping policy?

A: Because we care about our puppies, we do not ship them commercially.  However, you’re always welcome to pick up your pup and take them on the airplane with you, or we can recommend some people to transport your pup to you either via ground and/or air (flight nanny.)

Q: What is your pricing?

A: Please contact us for more information on our current prices as they can change from one litter to the next, based on several factors.  If you’d like to reserve a puppy, there’s a $500 non-refundable fee that will be discounted from the price.  Please understand that without a reservation we cannot guarantee your chosen puppy.

Q: Can we visit your farm to choose a puppy?

A: Sorry, but for the safety of our dogs and puppies, we have to limit outside visitors.  We usually have lots of videos of our current puppies you can view on our Youtube channel and social media pages.  If you’re interested in seeing our dogs or puppies live, we can accommodate you during a video call.  In our experience, this is not only safer for our pups and more convenient for everyone, but is also a better way to choose a puppy objectively.

Q: How do I choose my puppy?

A: At around 6-7 weeks of age, we assess our pups’ temperaments.  Based on our observations as well as our families’ preferences, we recommend certain pups to them.  We can also do a video call at this time with a few pups to help with the selection.  The ultimate decision lies with the pups’ new families.  Most puppies do well with most families, as long as there aren’t any extenuating circumstances.

Q: Can I get on your contact list for future puppies?

Q: What kind of health care do you offer?

A: By the time they’re ready to go home with you, our puppies have been dewormed and received their first shots.  They have also been checked by a veterinarian.  In addition, we have partnered with Trupanion pet insurance and are able to provide our families with their Go Home Day offer.  This is a no-cost, 30-day, immediate coverage.

Q: What is included with the purchase of the puppy?

A: When you come to bring your puppy home, you will not only receive your new best friend current on vaccinations, dewormings, and vet health checks as well as free and immediate 30-day pet insurance, but you will also receive our puppy starter package that will ensure that you get a good start on your relationship.  In it you will find your dog‘s health record, helpful information to set you and your pup up for success, some tried-and-true toys, treats and a blanket with familiar scents.  You also have us as a resource and help with anything related to your new companion. 

Q: What form of payment do you accept?

A: We accept cash, checks (for reservations, or max. 50% of the remaining purchase price), credit cardsPayPal, or Venmo transfer.  If there’s a fee for a particular type of payment, we’ll add that fee to the purchase price of the puppy (this includes payment protection via PayPal or Venmo.)  Credit card purchases will have an additional fee of 2.7%.  For PayPal transactions, there’ll be a possible additional 2.9% charge (depending on how your PayPal account is set up) to the price of the puppy.  You will not be able to purchase the puppy through our website.

Q: What Supplies do you recommend?

A: While we do provide a puppy starter package, you can also find lists of supplies that are recommended by us for when you take your new puppy home on our feeding and grooming resources pages.
